Simon Cabaret has been part of Patong since the 1990s: glitter, playback and costume changes in minutes. VIP seats down front come with a drink; regular seats are further up. Photos with the performers cost extra and are usually possible after the show, not during it.
Want Thai history? That’s Siam Niramit. Want family entertainment with a buffet? That’s Fantasea. Simon is nightlife with a seat: a short show in the middle of Patong. If you’re staying there, a taxi is often better value than the shared transfer in the pack.
Simon runs much more regularly: several slots a night and rarely a “closed today”. In high season the front rows fill up early. Rain changes nothing about the show.
Arrive late and you’ll wait outside until a break – or you won’t get in at all. Smart casual is fine. Skip it with toddlers; from the teen years it’s great fun if the genre is your thing.
Packs start at ฿1,490 (with transfer). Pure door tickets can be around ฿800–1,000; the difference usually comes from the transfer and VIP seating.
The show runs about 70 minutes. From Kata or Karon, budget two hours door to door – it’s a compact programme, not a long trip to a show.
Glamour and playback, no nudity in the Western sense – but no fairy tale either. Under twelve, this is usually the wrong booking.
In Patong; the exact address is on your voucher. Not Kamala, not Phuket Town.
Usually yes. The early slot works if you want dinner afterwards; the later one if you’ve already been around Bangla Road first. Best to lock in your preferred slot when you book.
