  • Luggage Allowance: 20 kg per passenger; excess baggage incurs an additional charge of 100 THB per bag.
  • Tickets: Non-refundable, but you may change the travel date before the departure.
  • Weather Conditions: Travel time may vary depending on the weather.
  • Late Reservations: If booking after 8:00 PM, there will be no hotel pickup service. You’ll need to check in at Rassada Harbour 30 minutes before departure.
