Tours
The Similan Islands are a tropical jewel with national park status – far from crowds, in the heart of the turquoise Andaman Sea.
An Archipelago of 11 Tropical Gems
The Similan Islands are made up of eleven tiny isles – each a dream of white sand and turquoise sea.
Where Exactly Is Paradise?
Roughly 70 km northwest of Khao Lak – reachable by speedboat in about 90 minutes.
The Name “Similan”
“Similan” comes from the Malay word for “nine.” Two more islands were added later.
A Protected National Park
Established in 1982, Mu Ko Similan National Park preserves marine diversity and stunning landscapes.
Why So Popular?
Crystal-clear water, vibrant reefs, and deep tranquility make the Similan Islands truly special.
A World Away
As you land, nature takes over – no traffic, no hotels, no mopeds. Just waves and wilderness.
Visiting Season
The park is open from mid-October to mid-May. Closed during the rainy season to allow recovery.
Respect the Rules
No plastic, no soap in the sea, no touching animals – that’s how we protect paradise.
