By booking a tour or purchasing services through TIP Tour Information Phuket, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1.1 Tours and activities may be booked through our website, WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal or other payment methods made available by us.
1.2 Product descriptions, availability information and prices shown on the website are an invitation to submit a booking request. By completing the checkout process, the customer submits a booking request and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 We may send an automated email confirming that we have received the booking request and/or payment. Emails with wording such as “Order Received”, “Payment Received” or “Booking Request Received” confirm receipt only. They do not constitute the final Booking Confirmation unless the email expressly states that the booking is confirmed.
1.4 A booking is confirmed only when we send a separate written email clearly stating “Booking Confirmation – Confirmed”, subject to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
1.5 Full payment is required before a booking can be finally confirmed, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Payment receipt alone does not guarantee availability or final acceptance of the booking.
1.6 We aim to check and confirm bookings as soon as reasonably possible. Customers should not make non-refundable travel arrangements until they have received the separate Booking Confirmation.
2.1 All prices are stated in Thai baht unless otherwise indicated. Any additional charges, including pickup supplements, should be displayed before the customer submits the booking request.
2.2 We take reasonable care to ensure that descriptions, availability and prices are accurate. However, technical, typographical, calculation, availability or pricing errors may occasionally occur.
2.3 We reserve the right to correct a clear technical or pricing error before issuing the final Booking Confirmation.
2.4 If payment has already been collected but we cannot confirm the booking because of a clear technical or pricing error, we will notify the customer promptly and refund all amounts paid to the original payment method. No cancellation fee will be charged in this situation.
We will not charge an additional amount without the customer’s agreement, except where required or permitted by applicable law.
3.1 Payments made by credit card or debit card are processed by Stripe or another third-party payment provider.
3.2 A payment receipt confirms that the payment has been received by the payment provider. It is not necessarily the final Booking Confirmation.
3.3 Customers must not send card numbers, security codes or other payment credentials by email. Payments should only be made through the secure payment page provided by us or our payment provider.
4.1 Customers may cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund, unless a different cancellation policy was expressly stated for the specific tour.
4.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are normally non-refundable, subject to mandatory consumer rights and any written agreement by us.
4.3 Refunds are normally made to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and the customer’s bank or card issuer.
4.4 The customer cancellation policy does not apply where we cancel a booking or cannot confirm a booking because of a technical or pricing error on our side. In that case, amounts paid will be refunded.
5.1 Tour schedules, pickup times and itineraries may change because of weather, traffic, tides, safety concerns or other operational circumstances.
5.2 Where reasonably possible, we will offer an alternative date or a refund if a tour cannot operate.
5.3 If we cancel a booking for reasons within our control, we will notify the customer and explain the available refund or rebooking options.
6.1 We take reasonable steps to arrange tours with appropriate safety information and qualified local operators. Customers must follow the safety instructions of guides, drivers and boat operators.
6.2 Customers participate in tours at their own responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law. Customers should consider obtaining suitable travel insurance.
6.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
6.4 We are not responsible for delays, changes or non-performance caused by weather, traffic, tides, government action, accidents, natural events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to any mandatory legal rights.
7.1 A goodwill voucher is optional and is issued at our discretion.
7.2 The voucher’s value, expiry date, permitted use and other restrictions will be stated when the voucher is issued.
7.3 Unless otherwise stated, a voucher may be used once only, may not be combined with other discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
7.4 A goodwill voucher does not replace a refund unless the customer expressly agrees to use the voucher instead of receiving a refund.
8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8.2 Any dispute will be handled by a competent court in Thailand, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
