BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Cancellation Notice: Cancellations are accepted if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled playtime. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Unintentional Cancellations: For accidents or illness within 48 hours of the activity, a medical certificate is required for a refund.
- No-Show: No refund will be issued for missed pick-up without prior notice or no-show.
- Changing Play Date/Time: Changes on the activity date will incur an additional transport fee based on the new location in Phuket.
- Third-Party Purchases: For tickets bought via third-party agents, their individual cancellation policies apply.
- Transfer: Free transfers are offered in selected Phuket areas. For out-of-zone areas (e.g. Ao Por, Maikhao Beach), extra fees apply: 500 THB (first person), 200 THB (each additional).
- Private Transfer: Private round-trip transfers cost 1,800 THB (in-zone) or 2,500 THB (out-zone) for up to 10 passengers. Request via booking note or WhatsApp.
- Luggage / Stroller / Car Seat: Additional charges: large luggage – 300 THB/piece, stroller – 300 THB, car seat – 200 THB. Specify items in booking note.
- Airport Pick-Up and Drop-Off: No airport pick-up. Drop-off available — include flight time in booking note.
- Pick-Up from Pier: For island hotels, pier pick-up can be arranged. Provide pier name, boat schedule, and location link. Driver won’t wait beyond scheduled time.
- Different Pick-Up and Drop-Off: One different pick-up and drop-off location allowed. Extra items (e.g. luggage) incur charges. Provide details in booking.
- Out of Phuket Area Transfer: Transfers to/from Phang-nga zones available for a fee. Contact via WhatsApp 48+ hours in advance.
