How your World B+ tour runs
- Hotel pickup: Comfortable transfer straight from your hotel in Phuket – you’ll receive your pickup time with the booking confirmation.
- Arrival & check-in: You’ll be registered at the park in Wichit and receive your wristband for the tour.
- Safety briefing & equipment: Harness, helmet and Petzl gear are fitted for you; the guides demonstrate the flying technique at a practice station.
- The zipline course: 18 platforms and 9 ziplines take you through the canopy – including the 300-meter line, sky bridges and abseil points.
- Roller zipline & skywalk: A curvy rush through the treetops, followed by jungle views from the skywalk.
- Meal: A complimentary meal in the park is included.
- Return transfer: Back to your hotel – with plenty of photos in the bag.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are accepted at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity time. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For cancellations caused by accidents or illness within 48 hours before the activity, a medical certificate is required for any refund request.
- No refunds are provided for missed pickups or no-shows without prior notice.
- Date or time changes may result in additional transport charges depending on the new pickup location in Phuket.
- Tickets purchased through third-party providers are subject to the cancellation policies of those providers.
- Free transfer service is available in selected Phuket areas. Additional charges apply for remote locations such as Ao Por or Mai Khao Beach.
- Private round-trip transfer is available for up to 10 passengers. Advance request via booking note or WhatsApp is required.
- Additional charges apply for large luggage, strollers, or child seats. Please specify additional items during booking.
- Airport pickup is not available. Airport drop-off may be arranged if flight details are provided in advance.
- Pickup from piers for island hotels can be arranged with advance notice and complete ferry schedule details.
- Different pickup and drop-off locations are possible. Extra charges may apply depending on luggage and transport requirements.
- Transfers from or to Phang Nga are available for an additional fee and should be arranged at least 48 hours in advance.
