Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are accepted at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity time. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For cancellations caused by accidents or illness within 48 hours before the activity, a medical certificate is required for any refund request.
  • No refunds are provided for missed pickups or no-shows without prior notice.
  • Date or time changes may result in additional transport charges depending on the new pickup location in Phuket.
  • Tickets purchased through third-party providers are subject to the cancellation policies of those providers.
  • Free transfer service is available in selected Phuket areas. Additional charges apply for remote locations such as Ao Por or Mai Khao Beach.
  • Private round-trip transfer is available for up to 10 passengers. Advance request via booking note or WhatsApp is required.
  • Additional charges apply for large luggage, strollers, or child seats. Please specify additional items during booking.
  • Airport pickup is not available. Airport drop-off may be arranged if flight details are provided in advance.
  • Pickup from piers for island hotels can be arranged with advance notice and complete ferry schedule details.
