The Kamala classic: a full evening between park, buffet and stage
Phuket FantaSea is more than a show – it is a complete evening: the park opens at 5:30 pm and you wander the festival village with crafts, souvenirs and street performers. Buffet-rate guests dine from 6:00 pm at Golden Kinnaree, the spectacular buffet restaurant seating up to 4,000 guests. Pre-show activities with elephants and cultural parades start at 7:30 pm.
The highlight is the FantaSea show from 8:30 to 9:45 pm: 75 minutes of Thai mythology and history with more than 400 performers, acrobatics, live music, special effects – and elephants on stage. A note for animal lovers: FantaSea is entertainment with animals, not a welfare project. Anyone who wants to meet elephants off stage is better off at a sanctuary.
The shuttle costs ฿450 per person from any hotel in Phuket – self-arrival is free (large on-site parking). Seats: standard included, Gold +฿350. After the show, return buses run about every 10 minutes until midnight. The evening takes around 4 hours in total (roughly 5:45–9:45 pm plus transfers).

- 5:30 pm – Doors & Festival Village: Crafts, souvenirs and street entertainment at your own pace.
- 6:00 pm – Golden Kinnaree Buffet (buffet rate only): Royal buffet in the world’s largest restaurant.
- 7:30 pm – Pre-show: Meet the elephants, cultural parades and performances.
- 8:00 pm – Theatre opens: Find your seat (standard or Gold).
- 8:30–9:45 pm – Phuket FantaSea Show: 75 minutes of cultural spectacle with 400+ performers and elephants.
- From 9:45 pm – Return transfer: Buses from the transfer desk until midnight, about every 10 minutes.
Total duration about 4 hours (roughly 5:45–9:45 pm), hotel transfers (30–90 min) come on top. Show days vary – check the current calendar when booking.

Unreale Welt auf Phuket. So viel buntes Treiben, Lichter und Menschen kenne ich nur vom Karneval in Köln. Dazu diese beeindruckenden Tiere und Akrobatik. Tolles Erlebnis kann ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

It is a very impressive show, making us know about the history, traditions, culture of Thailand and the performance that combines with technology, the cuteness of the animals that perform on stage. Outside there are shops, many activities to play, there is a beautiful restaurant and a variety of international food. The parking lot is convenient.
