Want to drive and do not mind getting muddy? Choose an ATV or buggy. Comfortable with height? Flying Hanuman is closer to Patong and often works for younger children, while Hanuman World has longer ziplines and higher requirements. Want to get on the water? Rafting is usually in Phang Nga and is more lively in the rainy season. Parasailing is a short flight over the sea; a guided jet-ski tour is the longer, more active option.
For fishing, make the distinction first: sport fishing and trolling often use a shared boat. Deep-sea fishing is a full-day charter for your group. In thunderstorms or heavy swell, the park, guide or captain decides whether the activity can run.

For beginners: an automatic ATV, Flying Hanuman or parasailing. For families: always check the individual operator’s age and height rules. Flying Hanuman often accepts children from around five, Hanuman World is more commonly from seven; family rafting takes place on moderate Class II–III stretches.
Lunch is often included on half- and full-day park or rafting trips, but not normally with short water activities. If weather stops an activity, rebooking or a refund is usually available.
The drier months suit ATV, zipline and calmer jet-ski trips. For deep-sea fishing, November to March is often a good period for marlin and sailfish.
More water makes rafting more exciting. Ziplines and ATV tracks close in thunderstorms or strong wind, and longer jet-ski routes may also be cancelled. Light rain is not a problem for many activities.

For ATV, wear old clothes and closed shoes. For zipline, choose activewear, secure shoes and tie back long hair. For rafting, bring swimwear and a change of clothes. For fishing, sunscreen, a light layer and non-slip shoes help.
